"Excellent massage, honest, clean, good care, communicate through translation app. You got to understand that English isn't their language. Since, i am learning Chinese. I tried to practice my short vocabulary. I would like to get to know the owner."

"I called today my birthday new years day asked did she have appointments she said yes. I WAS SO EXCITED. I informed her I would be there in 1 hour. I arrived in 1 hour as I stated I was greeted and lead to the room to undressed and my massage started. 10 minutes into my massage another customer came in. She left to speak to them. She came back told me she was stopping my massage to massage the white gentleman that just arrived and for me to wait naked on the table for 30 minutes while she massage him. I was shocked and hurt I'm a black woman and it immediately made me feel so small and unimportant. I was already in the middle of my massage. I got dressed and left in tears on my bday yeah that hurt and ruined my day. Needless to say I'll never go back."

"Awesome massage and communication with translator was above n beyond. I have back n neck pain issues from past military service and have been going through lots of stress due to the passing of my wife recently. So I opted for the longer massage in those areas along with stones and it was soothing and relaxing. I left feeling pretty darn good with no pain. "I've waited to post this review because I really had to think about what I wanted to say! I love to support locally owned, small businesses and hate that I can't give this one a favorable review but it wouldn't be honest if I did. I have found it a struggle to find a place that actually does good reflexology - Julie's ad said they could do it. I arrived right on time for my appointment, a lady came out to greet me and had to return to get her phone so we could use a translator app for her to ask me to wait 10 minutes - No problem, I replied. When she returned we went into the massage room and I explained (again, through the translator app) that I wanted the 1 hour massage only on my feet. She agreed and here we go... The first foot was ok but when she changed to the other foot it was honestly like she was completely distracted. As most massage places have, they have soft relaxing music playing but around the time the therapist seemed distracted I realized there were different sounds coming from the foot of the table... She was watching a video - WHILE DOING MY MASSAGE! I decided since we spoke different languages it would make a difficult conversation even more awkward so I didn't say anything. Someone else came in - I'm guessing her next appointment so she left the room, the returned to get her phone - then came back once she'd asked that person to wait. All in all, my 1 hour massage was closer to 45 min and not at all what I was hoping for!"
