"First time here and not the best experience. When dremeling under the nail my tech (didn’t get her name) was so rough she left a deep cut under my thumb. She would say sorry but then giggle right after and applied glue that made it burn even worse. I left with cuts around my nails and I didn’t even get my cuticles done. Didn’t get to relax and enjoy the experience due to the pain and roughness. They did get me in fast though. Should have asked for my receipt but wasn’t offered if I wanted it or not, calling tomorrow and hoping for a refund."
"Went in with my daughter in law, no appointments just needed to powder dip nails. They got us in right away. The lady working on my nails was absolutely aggressive. I had a few old nails hanging on and as she ripped them off she made my fingers bleed. I told her numerous times she hurt me and she flat did not care. I refused further service. It was horrible!!! In fairness my daughters nails looked beautiful and were done well."
