"Most of the people that work in the pharmacy are so rude. My husband went in today to get our son’s prescription and one of the employees was hateful and told my husband to move because she was going to help out another customer first, which that other customer told my husband to go ahead of him. He moved to let the other person go ahead, and then the employees started giggling and talking about my husband right in front of him. Something like this happens every time one of us has to go to this pharmacy. We have gotten managers involved but nothing ever seems to change. It is a lot of the same people we tend to get an ugly attitude from. A formal complaint has been submitted. Hopefully something will finally be done about this!!!!"

"The pharmacy in Canyon is so slow. The girl that usually takes care of the drive up needs to be replaced. When some of the other employees run the window it don’t take near as long. Another complaint is the app. I have prescriptions on there I haven’t used in years because they’ve been replaced with something different and I can’t figure out how to delete the old ones. Somebody please help!"

"I just moved here from Dallas and have a particular medication that is nowhere to be found in Canyon or Amarillo. I was in desperate need of getting my prescription re-filled as I was a day from being out. Nicole did everything she could to get my order in so I could have my medication the next day. She got me my prescription just in time. Extremely grateful for her and the team at this location."

"The last two times I went to pick up prescriptions I waited 45 minutes to an hour in line to be told it would be another 15 minutes and to loop around. The second time this happened, I informed the clerk that I had already waited 45 minutes in line. I also told her there were 7 cars waiting behind me and asked if I could wait like it seemed the cars in front of me did. She rudely told me no but I could get down and go inside. I had two sick kids in the car with me and wasn't about to get them off at the store. I'm so disappointed with united pharmacy. I will not use them again."
