"I cannot even find the proper words to describe this horrendous, atrocious, disgusting, nauseating experience. Even thinking about this place makes me feel nauseous. From the moment I stepped into this hotel it reeked of cigarette smoke. It took about 10 minutes just to get checked in due to lack of front desk staff. Walking down the halls of this hotel was a pure nightmare with horrendous stench of cigarette smoke and raw uncooked shrimp like stench along with pieces of food all over the carpet. When I first walked into our assigned room it reeked yet again of cigarette smoke along with a moldy-like stench. The sheets on the bed were unwashed with visible strands of hair, crumbs, and what appeared to be water stains on the pillow sheets. The restroom sink had pubic hair and dried up toothpaste all over it. The bathroom toilet had pieces of dried up roaches on the seat and the bathtub was moldy and visibly unsanitary. My partner and I did not even dare to stay at this hotel and ended up booking at another spot down the road that was 10x better. A refund was requested and we were told a refund would be given in 5-7 business days. If I could give this location a negative rating I would give it a negative (-) 5 star rating. Please DO NOT book here or stay at this unsanitary establishment. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down due to such lack of cleanliness and health code violations."

"Wounded Warrior Veteran here, I booked a room with Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central. Upon arrival, I provided my reservation information. The front desk stated Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central was booked, and no rooms were available. I asked if one reason Extended Stay America is booked, was because Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central already charged me for my multiple day stay, and one of the rooms is legally mine. The front desk clerk stated they had no rooms available. I contacted a customer service representative, which took about 10 minutes, to either issue a refund or simply get another room. I was asked to get ahold of the front desk to validate Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central was booked. When I turned around to the front desk, a whole 10 MINUTES later, to resolve this issue. The front desk was closed. I was making a call from 10 feet away, about an issue Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central created; 10 Feet away for 10 minutes (which 9 minutes were waiting), and they could not wait 10 minutes. They closed the front desk while my back was turned. With no integrity at all. I then called the 800 number, which I was pretty much told, Tough luck. So, ALL VETERANS BEWARE. Extended Stay America will book you a room for a multiple day stay, charge you, cancel your room on arrival, tell you “Oh well”, then get told by customer service pretty much “tough luck”. While they still did not, nor will provide a resolution of a room, or having any integrity or remorse by simply refunding money Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central stole. I wish to thank Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central for charging me money to sleep in my car. I could have booked another room, but at this point, I was tired after a 16-hour shift at the hospital, with another 16-hour shift scheduled, and having to be at shift in 5 hours. So, it was not worth the effort of going somewhere else. Luckily, we infantry type can sleep anywhere. I went from bullet slinging in the sticks to a nurse, I am adaptable. Also, I could shower at Planet Fitness (HUGE PROPS to Planet Fitness), and go to my shift, but how sad is the thought. I have had better experiences sleeping in the field on combat deployments than the one, only, and last experience NOT staying with Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central . Thank you for stealing money from me Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central. To avoid any more stolen money, or charges, do not worry Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central. I did not sleep nor utilize your parking lot. You may now copy and paste the “we are sorry, we care, call 1-800 number message”. It’s not veterans’ day, so please Extended Stay America, Austin-North Central, save your “Thank you for your service”, as all veterans and combat veterans know, believe, and understand. Actions are louder than words. Goodnight from my car. Sabre Wolf 1 out."

"He’ll hole; dirty . Horrendous. Front fest in the morning the black ladies encourages people in the small and smelly lobby for conversation. The white boy is never at the desk they are always out and people have to wait long time on them. This place should be shut down. I will personally contact the city of Roundrock about the unsanitary conditions that exist at this place. This is not a third world county and the hotel in a third would county is of top class. Roaches in cupboards; dirty microbes and fridges that don’t work .i will personally file a report with the city of round rock about the unhealthy and dangerous conditions that exists there. Ashley encourages people to change in the non spacious lobby creation a scary environment when one enters the building. Dogs are frequently held in the lobby because Ashley feels she need to be talking rather than doing her job. Bad place to stay. I am ready to ran from this place and never to return. People it’s horrific; here are always walking creepy people in the parking lot; it’s not a safe place. Breakfast is a joke and the is no 24 front desk . This is a lie. People have been locked out of the in room and they cannot reenter because there is no attendant. The front door does not work if it’s 5 am and you get to your car you cannot re enter . You have to wait for some who is coming out of the facility to re enter. Is this fair . These people need to get their act right. I recommend closure for this hotel it is too filthy ."

"My fiance and I have stayed at several hotels... especially in Waco and this place is by far the absolute best. Especially the front desk person ***Alethea Dnake*** She has gone above and beyond every single time we've had a question or needed help with anything and she always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude... you can tell she enjoys her job. We will absolutely be returning to this hotel every time we are in Waco. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!"

"The worst I have ever experienced.... rooms are old & stinky. The whole place is filthy. They are so short staffed it's bad.... we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to get our key reprogrammed. The management company should do a better job of helping the staff they do have. I will never stay at this location or any extended stay property. I'd advice you not to stay either. It's beyond disgusting. I will also mention that a group was trying to check in maybe 10 ladies and after checking in they came right back to the lobby gave the keys back and left as fast as they could. Wish I had done the same."
