"Probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The people shopping were just as inconsiderate as the employees. First I'm going to be filing a complaint for discrimination because they had no curb close to the doors for people disabled and in walkers Then everybody was pushing by me, trying to cut in front of me. It was really strange and disgusting. They had no disability carts so I had to hop with a basket sitting on my seat which is very dangerous. I injured my foot doing this and have been at home with it elevated. Go to the register and the young kid was more concerned with his phone, although he seemed nice. I asked him where something was because I thought it was a near register item and he said it was way in the back of the store. Since he didn't offer to go get it even looking at my horror and exhaustion I asked if he could go get it. Then I asked where something else was because the store was a mess and everything wasn't in its place and asked if I can just go grab a different color of the exact same thing and leave and he said yeah then I walked off and he didn't give me my last bag and then asked someone behind me if I still wanted it. I paid for it! Why wouldn't I want it? What kind of thinking is that? Nobody was considerate enough to come bring it to me or let me know it was still at the register as I'm hobbling around and leaving. Then had to inconvenience people to go get it when I didn't forget it. How would I have known he didn't give it to me? Everything was in bags. Your responsibility is to make sure everything is handed to us especially someone that is disabled. Somehow, management was mad at me for this experience and said im the one that forgot the bag lol If they were raised right they would have understood that they should help in this type of situation because they would know how hard my life is. I am not even mad at the young man because he was nice, wasn't paying attention but was nice, but at least a manager should know better since they watched the whole thing so she says. I am fuming and can't wait to call corporate. UNBELIEVABLE AND DISGUSTING"

"Best customer service experience I've ever had at a Dollar tree where I was greeted and felt like family despite this location being busy. I was easily able to find what I needed in the middle row with plenty of room, and got checked out quickly with the gentleman at the front being efficient at restocking change at his register while scanning my items in record time! I'm super glad they had the electronic wipes that was looking for that I used commonly for my computer repair business to clean my client's computers that they bring me! While getting to this location can be tricky with shared parking lot it was well worth it very grateful and also good to know that this location stays open till 10 p.m. om most days! Prayers for peace and blessings to the families for the phenomenal hardworking individuals at this location which is getting harder to find these days especially at a Dollar Tree! :)"

"Very well-stocked location. I already saw Halloween decor out! Lots of fall decor as well. I found most of everything I came for, although some pool toys were out of stock. The cashiers today were friendly and helpful with my questions. Workers were stocking the store while I was there with new product. Would come again."

"Nice shop located within the Round rock Crossing. All items are sold within $1 and the items were stacked neatly. There's an wide parking before the store front. Staff was very helpful in locating the item.#HappyShopping"
