"I was referred to Alite Laser by a close friend. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. They are always quick to ask good questions and ensure you understand any service you select. This past year I wanted to switch things up and try laser vs. waxing my bikini line. My hope was to try their services to see if laser would be a good fit for me. So far, I have had 8 sessions and I could not be more happy with the results. My skin is incredibly soft and smooth and I have had no skin irritation at all. I tend to have very sensitive skin so this was a wonderful relief for me. In some of the appointments I felt a little more intensity from the Laser but they are very mindful to keep you as comfortable as possible. The appointments only last about 10 minutes and the standard schedule is about 10 sessions in total over the course of several weeks in between to let your skin and hair go through the processes needed for optimal results. They make text communication and email communication very easy. They also call to talk to you before your appointment to ensure that your time will still work for you or to find a time that works even better. This month, I requested to reschedule my appointment and the process was seamless. I was able to very easily reschedule my service to January. They didn’t berate me, belittle me, or charge me any fees. They treated me kindly and ensured I found a better date that worked for me. It was so refreshing to be cared for in such a professional and human way. I am very thankful for the way that this business functions and will continue to recommend these services and this location to all my friends!"

"Round Rock location specifically...make an appointment with Justine she was so so kind to an otherwise awkward human being. She took her time and explained the entire process, the phases of hair growth and why it is important, she explained the skin concerns... literally everything up to and including reassurance that they are there for me in every regard concerning my skin afterwards and during the appointment. I was worried this was maybe like a spa treatment kind of thing but no...this is completely professional and Justine is completely aligned with her skill level and desire to help people. It was not at all painful, she was diligent but moved smoothly and I am excited now to basically do my entire body. From the moment I called this place and encountered the kindest receptionist that exactly met my needs with an individual concern for my reasons for wanting services to begin with to the actual appointment they are wonderful.
