"This store used to not be too bad but it has just absolutely gone to Hell. There is no such thing as customer service here anymore. Just don't do business here. It's horrible. Austin has been ruined in the past 12 years and this place is just another disappointing example."
"The banner I ordered online was damaged with white streaks across it when I picked it up. The staff confirmed the damage happened during production and said they could give me a $4 refund for the grommets, but nothing for the banner. I paid $70 for a damaged paper banner. Do not waste your time here. Fedex has provided way better service and products."
"Getting to the store is too dangerous because the step up onto the sidewalk can easily make a man trip. All the phone chargers are behind the front counter and all of them are hideously expensive. I bought the cheapest one which is still well more than I should've paid. And now it's broken as always conveniently past the warranty. I'm not made of money."
"This location must be on verge of closing down Dec. 2023. No customer service. No service at all. Denigrating angry employee remarks by the female of the 2 only employees including how Fed-Ex is not reliable, about how there is no manager at this store, because she was formerly the manager, but no more! Same employee snapped and sneered and threatened the only other (male) employee who offered to help customer after seeing patient, quiet, pleasant wait for extraordinarily long time (since only 3 customers were shopping in store.) Had to finally leave store without purchase of office chair on sale because this disgruntled ex-mgr employee lady would not wait on me."
"Ordered a luxury office chair from Office Depot. The chair was very affordable, and they were able to ship it to my apartment within 3 business days with no delivery fee. Another furniture place in Austin wanted to charge me nearly twice as much for the same chair. Office Depot never harassed me to sign up for their rewards program. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Wish every brick-and-mortar store was like this."
