"The store is a dump. Aisle are narrow and always blocked with stuff on the floor. Only plus side is their convenience of location. I've shopped in bodegas in big cities that are cleaner."
"The new manager has been overheard calling cus tomers "methheads" while complaining about not knowing that she would be assigned to an area with so many methheads. She routinely calls the cops simply due to her paranoia while announcing to everyone that "she is the manager!" (I honestly respect my garbage man more because he at least is humble in his hard work) Where'd you find this mess? Oh, and the A/C hasn't been fixed in weeks. Store items are melted and the isles are always blocked."
"Dollar General is rapidly loosing it's shine in my eyes. They have been steadily increasing their product prices (As is everywhere else) problem is more and more products are becoming higher prices than major stores like HEB and Wal-Mart. They keep it up and it will be a better advantage point to just shop at HEB or Walmart"
"Fairly common for different random things to be out of stock. Things also may or may not be placed in the correct spot on the shelf making it a hassle to determine the price of the item. Overall there's a pretty good selection of food and all kinds of other things."
"Convenient, the online coupons allow for a great deal of savings, however the app rarely works in the metal buildings and coupon tags are never placed near items so it is hard to remember what coupons you have available to use."
