Lash'd Out

"I got a lash lift and tint with Chase on 01/12/23. My lashes fell only a couple days later so I went in for a correction on 01/21/23. (Which I had to contact them multiple times to even get a response). I then saw a $50 charge on my account from 02/02/23 which was strange because I paid in full on my first visit. I called to ask why and never got a call back, so I called the next day and again they stated they would get back to me when the owner does her "admin day". Finally, the owner called and stated it was a charge made from the 01/21 visit, which was an accident and I'd get refunded in 3-5 days. Over a week later and I still have no refund (not even a pending one) and they aren't answering my calls. I am going to dispute this charge with my bank as this was an unauthorized charge made by Lash'd Out mistakenly. I am so frustrated that over a month later from my initial appointment and I'm STILL having to take time to deal with them. When you book your appointment, just remember they keep your card on file so you could be "accidentally" charged and fall into this headache later. Ridiculous and unprofessional practices."
