"I booked A massage over the phone, they asked me to fill out some paperwork regarding Health. I’m nine weeks pregnant and notated that I was pregnant. No Info popped up saying they won’t massage people in their first trimester. so I arrived 30 minutes early, 15 minutes for the appointment And it was Valentine’s Day so they asked us to arrive an additional 15 early if we wanted to use valet. I arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment. I sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes waiting. Once they get me in the room they finally tell me that they’re unable to give me a massage because I’m nine weeks pregnant. This was not listed on their website when I filled out the questionnaire, no one called me and told me that they wouldn’t be able to give me massage. So I drove 45 minutes in traffic to get there to sit around for another 45 minutes only to be told that I cannot be helped. This could’ve all been avoided if someone mentioned this before hand"

"I came here for a facial on 2/2/24 and my esthetician, Shade, was absolutely amazing. She recommended some great products and made me feel so pampered for the duration of my treatment. The facilities are amazing. I arrived early and spent time in the steam shower, followed by the lounge, complete with a gratitude corner, snacks and tea, and the perfect comfy chairs to sit and read while I awaited my service. 10/10- I’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to be back!"

"I had the most amazing massage today at this location . The location is absolutely stunning the locker room and massage waiting room was so very relaxing . The receptionist up front was pleasant , friendly and organized. Hope was my massage therapist she is very skilled at her craft . She explained to me how my sleeping positions could be causing my knots in my neck and she got them all out it was a truly magical experience. I got a sports massage the pressure with the sports massage was great and exactly what I needed to loosen my stiff muscles and joints . Will definitely be back ."

"I had a massage from Brittany and facial from Jen and both were so great! This was only my second massage and Brittany was so great at explaining things and checking in. She was warm and friendly, high recommend. Jen was also very welcoming and warm. She asked great questions and the experience was wonderful. My face looks and feels brand new. My whole body feels nice and relaxed. In addition the changing rooms have two steam showers, highly recommend using em if you have the chance. The sweetie running the front desk was on it, very friendly and helpful."

"I had a body massage with Hope and let me tell you, it was absolutely the best and out-of-this-world massage I've ever had. I initially went in for a deep tissue. After consulting with Hope about my chronic neck and shoulder pain, she advised me to change it to a sport massage, which is a combination of joint and deep pressure massage that allowed her to access the deepest muscles that caused me the pain. During the session, she can tell that the muscles on my left shoulder were stiffer and it turns out that I do mostly sleep on my left side since I was a kid. Because of that habit, my rib cage, spine, and hips were misaligned, which further cause more strain on my muscle. She helped align my hips and spine, and a little bit on my ribs (tbh I would need more than one session to have my ribs fully levelled). But the fact that my left rib cage was adjusted, even for a little bit, blew my mind. I was definitely not expecting it can be fixed with just massage, but Hope made it happened. I came in for a body massage and walked out with not only relaxed muscles but re-aligned bones...that is just wild. Hope is very professional and amazing with her skills, techniques, and knowledge. I wish I lived in Austin so I can go to her all the time."
