"If I could give a 0 I would. I recently received a hydra facial from Emily prior to my bachelorette/engagement weekend. I was left extremely disappointed when my face broke out afterwords, especially since I was promised that my face would not purge following the treatment. After experiencing extensive pain, a rash, discomfort and embarrassment during my celebratory weekend, I met with my dermatologist and was diagnosed with a Staph infection across my hairline, chin, nose and cheeks as a result of the treatment. I am disappointed and have requested a full refund. To add insult to injury, I am having to throw away a lot the expensive makeup I just bought for my wedding in two months as staph infections are highly contagious and many of my products are now contaminated."

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and make you feel comfortable. Scheduling is also so easy, and they are always so flexible and helpful. Before any procedure, each step is thoroughly explained, and any questions you have are answered. I highly recommend visiting this MedSpa and will definitely continue scheduling with them."
