I really didn't understand, he told me what I had to do. finish my contract in March that's why I had to pay but it's really stupid because I was canceling the same month that I had already done for the year"

"Always give 1 star for dishonest business practices and that's what I encountered here. Facilities are fine but I was a charged a $53 "annual fee" one year after I signed up that I was originally told was a one-time signup fee. Called customer service and tried explaining to them that I hadn't visited in over 10 months so could they revert the $53 since I was calling to cancel anyway and the "annual fee" was charged only 6 days ago and they were unhelpful."

"This gym is okay and very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. If you need childcare, this particular location regularly cancels the childcare and does not tell customers until they’re there with their child. So heed my warning, do not expect consistent childcare at this gym if that’s something you need."

"As a grown adult who realizes that other peoples behavior is not the fault of the establishment, I can say this is is the best ‘budget’ gym I’ve ever been to after living all the country and trying many. If you go during peak hours, yes you’re going to have to wait for equipment and deal with ‘influencers’ and teenagers and people hogging equipment trying not to get it snatched away before they’re done with it. I don’t enjoy that experience, so I choose not to go at peak hours. The rest of the time, this gym is as well maintained as any I’ve been to at a similar price point. The sauna itself is worth $10 a month and recently is even better since they seemed to have bumped up the heat more consistently. Typically there’s only a short wait if any for any equipment during ‘off’ hours, and there’s certainly plenty of options to do something else during the time you don’t have access to exactly what you might want in that second. I would love to see the addition of some air bikes and another fly machine or two since those are what I find myself wishing for most there, and would love to see a thermometer added to the women’s sauna (I heard the men’s recently got one, so hopefully it’s just a matter of time). Members being more mindful and respectful of each other - not hogging equipment, leaving their stuff everywhere, being obnoxious and loud in the sauna and locker room, etc - would of course be an improvement also, but until I have a realistic suggestion for improving that that allows me to continue having my own $10 access to everything this gym offers, I can’t complain about it. If management allows it to get so out of hand that I find it intolerable, I’ll simply go somewhere else."
