If you’re going to a large chain day and med spa, please give Jen a visit. She will treat you right and you’ll be extremely happy with all results! I had a horrible experience at Viva Day and Med Spa which resulted in severe corneal burns. I continue to be treated by 2 eye doctors. Viva has never reimbursed me for medical and punitive damages. I came in for my first ever microneedling appointment and I was a bit nervous, but Jennifer walked me through the whole treatment and made me feel at ease. She’s so easy to talk to, and I knew I was in good hands from the moment I walked in! It was also really easy to book my appointment, and they were great about accommodating my busy schedule. Everything in the office was super clean and cute. This is easily one of the best medspas in Austin, and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Can’t recommend this place enough!!"
