"Friendly Staff, Good Customer Service. Clean Theatre, Good temperature control. Wasn't cold or hot. Movie Sound clear and loud. Recliners Comfortable, Electronic Buttons to Recline Back. Cup Holders Available built into Chairs. During the Week this Theater is empty. When attended with Friends and Family, the Whole Theatre was to ourselves. Bathrooms were okay. Could be a bit more tidy. Parking was no problem."

The lobby of the theater is spacious and well-lit. There are a few arcade games and a small gift shop, but the main attraction is the concession stand. The concession stand has a wide variety of food and drinks, including popcorn, candy, soda, and beer. The prices are a bit higher than I would expect, but the food was fresh and delicious. The theater itself is very clean and well-maintained. The seats are stadium-style recliners, which are very comfortable. The sound system is excellent, and the picture quality is top-notch. I saw the movie in the Dolby Cinema auditorium, which is a special type of auditorium that features enhanced sound and picture quality. The Dolby Cinema auditorium was definitely worth the extra cost, as it made the movie experience even more immersive. Overall, I had a great experience at the Cinemark 14 Round Rock. "The positives of this theatre are: The seats are awesome, they heat and recline. The prices are typical and they have the discounted times. The place is clean and not very crowded when we went. Laura was checking tickets and was very friendly and helpful. Tickets were easy to get and use. Bathrooms were clean. The negatives are: They definitely have a moth problem. They are flying around while you are watching the moving and it’s annoying and kind of gross. We saw The Rise of Gru. The previews were very inappropriate for kids. One was an ad for poltergeist and the other was an Amazon “sex talk” ad. When we mentioned it to management they seemed concerned and hopefully will look into that. The popcorn is really small kernels. Kind of what would be at the bottom. They also no longer offer free refills of popcorn. Overall a good theatre to take kids too or a cheap parents night out."
