"Wife and I are both physicians. We were shocked at how difficult this place has been to deal with. Wife made the mistake of buying skin care products from here. That was in March, and we are in December still trying to get a refund. Products have been returned with no refund. Wife canceled subscription in March and we were still getting monthly charges in November- 9 months later. We have visited physically multiple times. And called numerous times. Each time we have been met with smiling staff who promised refunds, and nothing happened. Be careful buying products here."
