"I am very disappointed with the clinic's service. Despite scheduling my appointment a month in advance, I received a text on the same day requesting that I come in early to accommodate the next client. This last-minute change significantly reduced my appointment time from the necessary 40-60 minutes to a mere 30 minutes. It's unacceptable that the clinic prioritized the next client over my pre-scheduled appointment, demonstrating a clear disparity in treatment. While I acknowledge a slight delay on my part (10 minutes), it does not excuse the evident lack of proper planning and scheduling on the clinic's part. This experience not only left me feeling undervalued as a client but also resulted in a literal waste of gas, driving 30 minutes for an appointment that did not meet the promised timeframe."
