"I'm a long time member and agree with the recent reviews. On top of that the equipment is not being maintained. As of today 6 of the 16 treadmills are not working making it impossible to get one at peak times. This along with the new shortened hours has me looking for a new gym after a decade of membership."
"My husband and I got memberships last January in 2023 because there was a 24 hour close to our place. Not long after we got them that location closed and we were forced to go to this location because it was the next closest to us. We did not renew our memberships. This location is not well maintained cleanliness wise. The women’s bathroom needs a deep cleaning and upgrades. So many times the paper towel dispensers were empty or the solution to clean off machines was empty. In my opinion the workers are not proactive. Either on their phones or just sitting doing nothing. This year I got a membership at planet fitness and the facility and machines are all super clean. That’s how every gym should be."
"Clean at times , but the security sucks. Broke in someone locker and restrooms are horrible!! Machines usually kept up with. Hate it not a 24 hr no more it only open 18 hrs . Since I work days and usually workout at night now i cant and have to be in a big crowd and seem like im rushed !! The staff is friendly but one of their night employees is rude! Tried to accuse someone of doing something and witnesses around said there was no such incident. The parking lot is horrible. Lots of break ins . Not lite up at all ."
"I love to come here in the middle of the night to swim and use the sauna. I'm usually by my self! Wet areas are clean and ladies locker room is clean. No hair dryers; use the hand blowers. Water pressure is great in the showers. After work hours the place is packed! Staff is helpful and available."
