"AWFUL EXPERIENCE. They took our payment in full and never showed up to our event. We booked the company over 4 months in advance and I was skeptical from the other negative reviews stating that the company never showed up, so I asked them prior to signing the contract and they assured me that never happens, unless their has been a natural disaster getting in the way. The week prior to our event, we couldn’t get ahold of them through phone or email. The night of, the dealers showed up that were sub contracted and the dealers left when they were told the event was canceled. The driver of our tables was texting us saying he was going to be 2 hours late and having issues with his truck, (which was a lie, the dealers were told he was dropping off tables in Austin at another event). He kept blaming his GPS and never showed. It was beyond embarrassing and totally a scam. The day after our event they apologized and couldn’t believe they didn’t show and said we would receive a refund on Monday morning and offered to do another event for free. Which we have zero trust in them to show again and have no need for another casino themed event, ours was ruined there is no re-do option. It has been over a month and we still have not received a refund and now they are saying they never agreed to give us a refund FOR NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL. It’s unbelievable, unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. Do not risk using them!"

"Do not use this company - we paid in full for a company party. They never contacted us after they took our final payment. No one showed up as per the contract on the day of the event. Such a bunch of crooks - we have been trying to get someone to call us about a refund and they won't return calls or emails. A total disappointment for us. DO NOT USE them... they are scammers"

"I recently hired Elite Casino for a significant event and was profoundly disappointed with the service. Despite confirming details well in advance, the day was marred by a series of unprofessional actions and failures: Incorrect Setup Time: Despite agreeing on a 4 PM setup time, their team arrived at 1 PM, couldn't set up, and left the equipment unattended without informing me. Incomplete Staffing: The event started with missing dealers. We had to set up the casino tables ourselves which included my guests, although this was included in our $6000 package. Untrained Dealers: One dealer assigned to a roulette table only knew how to deal blackjack, rendering her unable to perform her duties which caused one of my guests to become a dealer. Lack of Communication: After trying to call all day and not getting a single reply. at 7pm i got in touch with a representative in Washington, due to no direct line in Austin their answer to my frustration was that they were overbooked and couldn't provide adequate staff. Breakdown and Pickup Issues: We had to handle the breakdown ourselves. The promised same-night equipment pickup was delayed to the next morning, with the staff being extremely rude upon arrival. Faulty Equipment: To add to the frustration, one of the slot machines provided was broken and non-functional, which was a letdown for our guests. The lack of professionalism and poor service not only caused embarrassment but also negatively impacted our event's experience. Given the high cost and the numerous failures, I strongly advise reconsidering before hiring Elite Casino for your event."

"We hired Elite casino events to do a fundraiser for us, in October 2023. Here are the results of their performance. 1.)….Four members of their staff arrived 1 hour after the start of gambling. Therefore 4 table were down for a little more than one hour. 2.)….I had contacted the office of Elite Casino’s out of Austin Texas several times, by phone, and email, and advised them that they were going to have to bring enough play money to get our guest start that evening. They didn’t They were also told to bring enough tickets for the event, they failed to do that as well, we used tickets that our fundraiser had Purchased 3.)…..Dealers (2) arrived drunk 4.)…..Dealers were hitting themselves at the black jack table on purpose when they had 19 in their hand so that they would automatically loose. 5.) After the event the owners/management refused to refund a reasonable amount of money back to us for our losses, due to their staff. I had several telephone conversation with elite Casino events and they kept blaming their under management staff, but yet have failed to meet our request for a $400.00 refund of services.. 6.),….We are starting legal procedure on them in small claims court to try and recover the money we felt was reasonable to ask for. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE........THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS UNFORGIVABLE. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THIS AREA OF TEXAS."
