"Worst facial massage ever. For 60 mins massage not only she(Sarah) took only 30-35 mins but didn’t even bother to do massage at all. No proper extraction, she just applied cleaner and serum. I wish I could get my money back."

"I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but I gotta hand it to Massage Envy Circle C - they're great. I've had a Massage Envy membership for several years and have visited several locations, and the consistency of high-quality care is what keeps me going back. There's likely to be an aspect of trial and error when finding a massage therapist at Massage Envy that meets your personal needs, as every massage therapist has their own methods and style. I see this as a good thing to serve a wide variety of clientele. When you find a massage therapist who gets it right, you're golden. Elliott has been my massage therapist at this location for at least a couple of years now, and I'll be honest, I probably would have cancelled my membership a long time ago if not for the incredible experience he provides each time. The only reason I cancelled my membership at all is, as much as I love it, it's kind of a luxury for me in this current economic recession. All of this is to say, if you can afford it, it's absolutely worthwhile."

"I just had by far and away the worst massage I’ve ever received from a man named Alex. I’ve had an account at massage envy for over 7 years and cancelled today because of how terrible this experience was and how it was handled by the front desk staff. I booked a deep tissue massage. The massage felt like a 15-year-old boy rubbing sun block on me for 45 mins. I asked if there was a reason he wasn’t massaging my lower back as that was the problem area I asked him to focus on. He didn’t respond. I told he him could use deeper pressure as it felt very Swedish and he responded that “he didn’t know what else to do.” He then asked if I wanted to end the massage. I told him no but to please use deeper pressure and massage my lower back. He didn’t once touch my lower back. He ended the massage 15 minutes before the hour was over and I was half way home before the massage was supposed to have ended. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a massage clinic. Do not come here, choose a different massage clinic and save yourself the money and never book with Alex. Absolute waste of an hour of my life. Good luck getting a response from the manager who’s always conveniently “out of town.”"

"Lindsey is consistently good in her technique. If I have a specific area of concern, she is receptive to focusing on it and I always feel relaxed after I leave. I highly recommend her!"
