"Terrible service. This was my first time here and for sure the last time. The staff are more interested in playing with their phones and talking to each other, then serving the popcorn and the drinks that we order. We had to wait quite awhile before they decided to stop talking and help us. I don’t think I would waste time going to this place again."
"Pretty unimpressed. Went on Christmas and I'm sure a lot of the people there weren't thrilled to be working on the holiday. However, we got our popcorn and weren't offered any butter. No station to put butter. Just a $1.75 for flavored seasoning. The popcorn was incredibly bland. We got to the podium to have our tickets scanned and they scanned it. No eye contact or greeting. No directions to which theatre. Not even a "you're good to go." Theatre was small and it was a relatively new movie. The aisles are very narrow and the seats don't recline. The seats were peeling and looked like they hadn't been taken care of. Giving two stars because I feel like I should show some compassion for those working the holiday. Otherwise I'd give it 1 star. Definitely could use some improvements."
"Good movies and great environment overall. The staff needs customer service, as many of them look like they hate their job and others just don't care to even answer to a greeting, but if you dont pay attention to that, the place has potential for entertainment for hours. The prices are high regarding drinks, but they also have hotdogs for a great price, which can make up for other expensive items on the menu. The entire place and the bathrooms are clean, and the seats are comfortable. Overall, great for gathering and having a good time any day of the week."
"Incredible theater!! I’ve never been to a theater with a bowling alley. I think that was a very cool addition. The arcade area is pretty dope as well. Great prize room. This is a great theater to bowl before the show, catch some snacks and watch a movie while seating in some comfortable seats. I definitely recommend"
