"I absolutely hate it there. The cashier needed help from The manager who would not come to front and help. When she finally did make it to the front she was very rude to her employee telling her she needed to work faster. The lines there were so backed up I stood there waiting for a while. I feel bad for the employees, I don't know how you guys put up with all that, hope y'all find better jobs soon! Anything is better than that place. Don't recommend this store to anyone!!!"
"So good to have this store near our home. They always have a large variety of things. No need to drive 8 more miles to Walmart except for prescriptions and large automotive needs like tires and batteries. Great prices, brand names and generic brands available. From OTC medicine, clothes, cleaning supplies & cat food to Blue Bell Ice Cream, they have it all!"
"Used to shop here 4 times a week until they opened the store a half mile from me on 646S. Old store, not often kept in order. But they have or had the best retail store employee I have ever run across. I haven’t been there in a while so not sure if he is still there. He is a smart, always polite college student with a smile and very helpful named Oscar! Every time I shopped there he was busting his butt putting stock away and keeping an eye on the check out! He never sat around like other staff. That store would get a zero if not for Oscar. Mangers were always less than friendly or helpful. If they were on the register, it pained them to have to stop doing nothing and wait on you! The new store on 646S is getting that same mentality sadly. It was fantastic at first! Too bad Dollar General can’t find more staff like Oscar."
"They have a lot of little knick-knacks and things that you wouldn't expect to see here. you would expect to see things like this it at Wal-mart or Ross or some place like that and the prices are really reasonable too!"
