"I absolutely love Family Dollar and the convenience they offer to provide for my family but on today, July 6, 2023, this location has let me down tremendously. I don’t understand the point of offering extended summertime hours if the employees are going to close the building at 9:40pm. No reason why except “we’re closing early today”, stated by a very tall heavy built man that stood at the door. I really hope there are some changes made soon because I don’t want to stop supporting Family Dollar but the convenience is becoming an inconvenience."
"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Every other day there’s a sign on the door that states cash only. This is a constant occurrence at this location. It’s very annoying to walk all the way there and turn around because this store has trouble having anything function correctly. Coolers been down for MONTHS. Inventory is scarce. Employees are rude. -100/10"
"Went to this location earlier today and my mom was accused of stealing $5 in cash from the young man there that wasn’t paying attention to the change he was giving back. He gave her a $1 back in change then swore up n down he gave her a $5. After telling him repeatedly that he gave her a $1 we asked him to count his registers. He refused and continued to be disrespectful while being adamant he gave her a $5. Now I understand someone like this may not have a complete education but at least make sure he can read, write, and most importantly count before you put him behind a register. The young man’s attitude was abhorrent and the service was horrendous. Do better"
