"The customer service here is absolutely despicable. Malasha who threads eyebrows is very rude and ALWAYS has a attitude. I have come here before because I live close by and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but this last visit was the nail in the coffin. She didn’t speak to me when I walked in and continued to talk to another customer without acknowledging me while doing my eyebrows. She ALWAYS manhandles your face and hands. Once she was done she handed me the mirror and turned around without saying a word to me. I’m not sure who she thinks she is but her and her threading are NOTHING special. You have to set up an appointment online because they think they are some high class establishment which is further from the case. I was warned by others not to come here and I wish I would have listened. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They will never get my business ever again."
"I had my eyebrows threaded by Malasha. She was very gentle but also quick! I was in and out in under 10 minutes & it was my first time having my eyebrows threaded/shaped in several years. Loved my results! I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Make sure to schedule your appointment (can be done easily online)."
