"The head salonist (Latino brown hair) is very judgmental NOT a good place to get your hair done. Period. Made my daughter cry and judged her for no apparent reason not sure if she had a bad customer come in that day but dang ... she completely lied about the price. We went to the Ulta in kemah and the ladies there were wonderful treated her very well and gave her a completely different price for her hair I cannot belive these ladies at this location tried to scam me and my daughter not only did they try to say her hair would be $250 - $300 dollars Kemah ultra did her hair for only $75 dollars. Same way we asked at this location. Don't take your kiddos here very unprofessional and plain disrespectful."
"I love Kaylin (5 stars) and getting my wax services here, but this check out process sucks! 17 people in line now, and almost everytime I come. I DREAD the checkout process. FIND A BETTER WAY TO TAKE MY MONEY! Let us use our app, or prepay salon services, anything! This time suck in line every dang time has to go! Going through the counter checkout 1 by 1 is so 1900s. "Older lady in her 60s who was working the register on 2/17 was rude and dismissive. I was polite to her and she was nasty while I was trying to get my birthday reward. She lied that the code had been used then said it was expired. Luckily the team lead was next to us and offered to help funny enough that same code worked. People like this women need to go and work else where if simple basic tasks annoy them."
"This store is better than Sephora. Because you don't have to go to the mall and the inventory is better quality with not just make-up but facial, skin, hair and all other types of products. Sometimes you are left to wander to find products when the staff is very busy or not being attentive. Still would highly recommend!"
"Terrible customer service!!! I was shopping for my daughters birthday this Saturday so I was taking my time looking at all the gift sets when I noticed I was being followed and watched like I'm a theif or robber. It made my feel paranoid and completely unwelcome!! Several of the female customers were feeling completely awkward and unwanted in this store. I will never return to this srop"
