"I stopped by to get some beauty items. What I needed was behind a cart full of boxes and it was a bit heay to move. Throughout the store there was a lot of boxes blocking merchandise. They had what I needed but I left without purchasing anything since what I needed was bring blocked."
"If anybody give this store more they definitely either work there or know person who do. Either they closed early open late, or just got robbed so they system is down. If I could give no stars I would. The worst family dollar, I ever been to."
"I give it this many stars because I know how far this store has come. I use to take uber all the way up Cullen to avoid this location...it was horrible. They have made a great effort and the manager is constantly on top of things. There are only 2 girls that hand you your change and walk away without saying anything (heavy bald and tall dark) but you have to allow a little imperfection sometimes. I know it will only get better at the rate they are going and keep in mind... They have a lot to deal with too. I've seen some crazy customers just in my short visits so I can only image what they see all day. But at least they are trying to makea a pleasant experience for us"
"This location is literally the definition of horribad! I'd give zero stars if I could. The employees are the very worst, every one of them, rude, unfriendly, and they act like they're doing you a favor when you ask a question. They all suck! The store always has boxes in the isles like they are perpetually stocking. Not once have I had a good experience at this location. Theres always a line, with only one person checking customers out, however there are are usually 2 to 3 people behind the counter goofing off or on they're phones. They are quick to say they are on break so they don't have to help or work. This store must be in constant danger of being robbed as every 10 or 15 minutes some security service comes over the loudspeakers and informs the customers that they are being monitored, and asks the staff if everything is ok. It feels like a prison. Working here must be hellish. F this place, it's too bad that some people don't have a better option than to shop there. They should burn this place down and stay over. Also the are two other locations near this one where none of the above exists, one down the street. Avoid this place, go down the street to a much better location."
