"I don’t know why or if it’s only happened to me, but I’m Hispanic and every time I walk in I never ever get greeted by the employees , and when I ask for help they just tell me where to find the stuff and don’t take their time, like for example I asked for their opinion on a perfume and the employee just looked at me like I was crazy, but when it comes to a white person they always greet them and take their time with their client , like just because I look like I won’t but anything doesn’t mean they have to be that way, I haven’t been back since December when I took my mom to pick out something, my mom felt very judge and didn’t even want to look for anything, they didn’t greet us and didn’t help us , and I felt horrible especially for my mom because she was visibly upset , I’ve been there a few times and it’s always the same , and I would understand if they were busy and wouldn’t be able to greet but when I’ve gone it’s never busy and they have time to greet white people, so disrespectful"

"Cashier was asking why am I returning items, they were unopened and it was the next day, plus they have 60 day policy, I felt that I had to clarify myself and it was totally humiliating, never go there again! Poor customer service"
