"Fortunately I didn’t even make it in the door. The stylist that have great reviews were not there today, and Shawana was rude enough just taking the call that I wouldn’t consider coming back. She alone could deter someone from giving this place a chance, and definitely discouraged me. Would not have her represent my business. Just unnecessarily rude and off putting."

"I had a very not nice experience with the staff with purple hair in HEB branch 242 highway in Harpers Preserve. She literally shave my hair above the ears. I am so very upset and nothing to do just to accept what she did to my hair, the asian lady is the one finished her bad works. That was the worst hair cut I received my whole life."

"Had the worst customer service experience possible at a barbers. The black female manager( did not tell me her name) was extremely rude, hard handed woman who’s attitude was off the charts.. not sure what triggered her but as soon as i sat down she started to manhandle my head like a rag doll. Once i asked if she can please be a gentle she got triggered more. I asked for someone else to please do my haircut and she instantly took off the sheet without even apologizing. Rather she kept talking behind my back with the other customer that she went to. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU HAVE ANY DIGNITY."

"Word of advice - Cut hair the way the customer asks. Period. I have a medium cut with a little length in the back. My girl likes it like that. I told the stylist, and I know she heard me, to just straighten the back and leave the length. She cut it all off. I'm pissed. She was rude and in a hurry. I won't be coming back to Great Clips."

"I had FINALLY found a stylist, Kristin who from the first moment I walked into the salon many months ago with a picture of a hairstyle I loved!! From the first cut... She nailed the style, the cut was picture PERFECT! I KNEW I found the right salon! Saturday October 7th went in for a haircut. Kristin was NOT there..Shawna Johnson cut my hair. When I FIRST walked up to her station I said Kristin usually cuts my hair and she had detailed descriptions the hairstyle I like. Shawna said I know how you want your haircut.. DIDN'T read the style I wanted. And picked up a pair of clippers. I said no she doesn't use clippers.. continued with clippers said this was a very easy to get it tapered. My favorite hairstyle I worked so hard to get was gone!! I told her I wanted my hair mid way covering my ears.. one side was cut very short over ear, the other was cut straight across. My hair i had grown out was gone ..I basically had a short pixie style... the left side was totally unbalanced, long, heavy. I went back today, Sunday October 8 . To see what could be done with my short lopsided haircut.. Kristin took the time to straighten my hair do out . I just have patches of my hair cut, thinned out very close to my scalp. VERY Thankful she did the best she could to correct errors. Saturday, was the worst haircut ever .. but halfway back to starting over to achieve the hairstyle I worked so hard to get"
