With 6 jumbo inflatables and a variety of arcade games, the center is the perfect place to host a birthday celebration or private event. From battling aliens to shooting hoops, there is something for everyone to enjoy at Zero Gravity Jump Zone. Please note that open jump hours are subject to change due to private parties, so be sure to call ahead for the latest information.

"Had a birthday party here and it was enjoyable. I only gave 3 stars because I feel like it needs to be upgraded. The bounce houses are not in good condition, one of them had a hole so it couldn’t be used properly. The staff was super sweet though! If they put money into the upgrades this place will be the best!"
"I went to a birthday party here on Saturday and I was very disappointed. My son slide down the slide an scrapped his arm badly. At first I thought It was an isolated incident. However; as I was going to get him a bandaid and ice for the scrape, here comes the birthday girl and about 3 more of her guest with the scrape. I image the slide went so fast they were scraping their arms coming down. The mom spoke with tthe party host and they came and took something off the slide. However by this time the kids didn't want anything to do with it. What frustrated me the most is that they saw the birthday girl crying and at know point they tried to rectify the situation. They could have offered the mom a little more time in another room, a discount, free passes, candy something. All they keep saying is they had back to back parties. The manager/ owner has yet to speak with her. I will never come back. I understand that accidents happen. However, when it happens to half the party someone should step in and try to make the situation better. Customer service at an all time low. I was truly disappointed"
"I wouldn’t recommend this place to have a birthday party at all! My daughter’s party was not a good experience .I regret booking there. The parties are 2 hours and staff rush you the whole time. We rushed during play time, eating, and cake. No time to open her gifts. The slides are hazardous. Every child who attended the party got hurt and brush burned on their arms from the worn out slides!! The staff was not fully available during the party and I set up most of the party on my own! I purchased everything food, drinks, party supplies and they don’t even provide ice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced and they provide nothing!!"

"I had my son's 5th birthday party there, and it was amazing. The staff was very attentive and timely. I provided the extra decorations in the photos (bought at Dollar Tree), but I just dropped them off a few days before the party, and they took care of the rest! I just showed up and enjoyed my son's party."
