"Even though one employee made me upset overall this establishment is great. Very clean and the staff are very professional especially Kerry . She is very attentive to your concerns and does whatever it takes to help. All of the equipment is cleaned and kept up. I do not go to a gym (never) but I love the red light therapy bed and massage table . It’s worth the money and my friend calls me cheap lol. UPDATE: I was off work for a yr and a half after breaking my back and femur I tried to get them to cancel my contract. They refused and put it on my credit report. Do yourself a favor and never go there. They are heartless and uncaring"

"Well you do get a great tan it's extremely expensive. I used to have a monthly membership and it was $40 a month and every time I went in it was $5 for and now it's gone up to $12 for a bronzer $40 a month and $12 every visit is way too much."

"My dad recently passed away and while working at the hospital battling to maintain his life and the endless amount of others, I decided to try something new for a quick “me” break. I approached the door for the first time and saw their sign posted on the door saying appointments only...I slightly opened the door to verify assuming I’d get turned away since I didn’t have one, but I was wrong...I was welcomed with the biggest smile from Kari. She went over and above making sure I was taken care of and had the most positive hardworking attitude I’ve needed to see. At the time she was a complete stranger...but having been a member for a couple months now I can say this place is more than just Planet Beach. Her girls and team are rockstars. I’ve previously worked at tanning salons and tanned at other facilities, but you can’t beat the atmosphere or the intensity of all their products,bulbs, and beds. Leaving happy and tan is a pure understatement. Thumbs up for me ☀️"
