"They cut my hair way too short today. Yes it is healthier, the hair cut wasn't poorly done but they did not listen to what I wanted and cut off all of my hair. Then pressured me for a tip when I was unhappy with my hair. Then they told me to come back for a refund, the hair cut cost $20 I gave them a $5 tip. They only gave me 15 of that back. My hair took 3 years to grow out. It was the only thing I was 100% confident in and loved about myself and they ruined it."
