"I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and that I was really nervous because I didn’t want it to turn a red tint. She assured me it wouldn’t. After the first appointment she said if I wanted to go more dramatic we could at the touch up. Come the touch up I said I noticed a little red and wanted to go more dramatic. She said no problem. After the second one was done she did square them out a bit but said give it time since she’s been working on it it’s currently a little red and swollen. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve taken care of them as instructed. The shape is no longer there and it is the completely wrong color. I’ve spoken to other professionals who confirmed the wrong color was used and the only way to fix it was to have a removal (which will cost a lot ) When i contacted her she told me I may need a 3rd appointment which was never told was a possibility. She keeps referring to my skin and how she couldn’t tell ahead of time how my skin will take the pigment. However, after speaking with more than one other professional, it’s a color issue not ‘taking a pigment’ issue. She offered to do the 3rd appointment but if she messed up the color the first 2 times, why would I trust someone to do the 3rd?"
