"This has only to do with ownership not the employee. Great customer service but the air conditioner is broken and they make their employee stay?! That is crazy. Poor woman was red and miserable but continued to check us out with a smile and amazing attitude. It is 101 out with a heat index of 113 in Houston Texas in July and you stay open with no air for employees. That shouldn't be legal."
"There is a new Manager (at least new for me), called "Andrea" who is amazing. I was looking for an specific color combination and she took the time to look for it with kindness, patience and the best customer service ever. Also helped me with gels and other products. Thanks so much Andrea, I'll be back for the violet drops !"
"The guy with the eye piercing was smug/rude the day I checked out, he didn’t even offer me a coupon or the sally membership card, if I wanted one.....just got my email. Plus, a nice woman helped me right away, but when she got busy with another customer assisting them, he jumped up right away while I was waiting in line and asked if I was ready. Of course I was! I was standing in line with no one at the register. Smh he took her commission or customer quota I felt, when he didn’t even help me. (If they even work off that based on sales/day.) I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t realize it until I had left what he did. She had great customer service and tried assisting me right away. Too bad I didn’t catch the names. I also think the prices are a bit overpriced unfortunately, next time I’ll buy my bowl, brush or other tools etc from Amazon or another retailer. Thanks Sally’s....."
