"Absolute worst experience for a summer camp ever. My 8 year old daughter was neglected and left to cry in a corner for hours. I had to pull her out after the 2nd day because it was that bad. Management was non-responsive and when we finally got a hold of someone we were told that there were no refunds despite my daughter not being able to fully attend the camp due to the negligence of their staff."
"One star for hospitality and professionalism. There were no hours posted for Memorial Day, nor was it communicated. (I forgot to ask their hours, which I take responsibility for). 15 minutes after I checked in Bernadette comes into the locker room and says “we’re closing soon you need to get out”. Proactive communication and proper representation creates a positive atmosphere."
