"First time customer and I scheduled a Deluxe Hydrafacial with Dermaplane a week in advance. 30 minutes before my appointment, I got a phone call that the facialist only had 30 minutes available (not sure how when I had an appointment booked for an hour long service). They asked if I would be okay with a Signature Hydrafacial which is only 30 minutes or to reschedule to the next day but I had to fly out of town for a wedding the next day and needed the dermaplane so I said no. This is why I had scheduled this appointment a week in advance. I get to the spa and wait for close to an hour to even get started on. On top of this, they rushed my 60 minute service into a 45 minute service because they had overscheduled the facialist who had to leave for an event and was in a rush to finish my facial. Half the hairs are still left on my chin,upper lip, and jaw area that were missed from the dermaplane and she took hair off my eyebrows arches that I specifically asked her to stay away from because I was growing them out. I won’t be returning for a service here because when you pay close to $200 for a facial with tip, the least you expect is better service."

"Can tell a lot about a place by the way they treat your mom, and this place will treat your mom very well! Took my mom for some micro needling for her birthday and was elated by the kindness of the staff, the patience of the professionals and the attention to detail Dr.Sinem offered us. Will certainly be returning, best treatment and kindest staff of any med spa I’ve experienced!"

"I wasn’t expecting this type of service from here. From the front desk to the Aesthetician, they were top-notch. Juli. G was so sweet and she was very thorough with skin and will deep cleanse everything before she does any treatment on you! She also got firm hands so you can tell she is confident in what she does. I enjoyed when she was making sure I get all the right products applied to my skin concerns. I had a regular facial plus an acne IPL which I was so happy that they accommodated at very last minute, even thought I came in without an appointment.
