"This is the second time I've had a treatment at this medspa. I called this morning, made an appointment. I typically use another clinic, but it was last minute and I needed an appointment today. I arrived 2 minutes late, but the doctor wasn't even there. He arrived about 25 minutes later. Walked through the front door and didn't even wash his hands. I heard the door open and then heard his footsteps without pause, so I know he didn't stop to wash his hands. He did use gloves, but gross!! He asked the front desk lady who was standing at the door how many units I received last time and she told him that the last person did not write it down. This should have been in my file. Instead of talking to me about how much he thought I would need, He started injecting and when he stopped, he told her I needed a whopping 56 units of botox! I normally hover around 35 units. I have NEVER had this much because I go every three months. My bill was $728!!!! Definitely WON'T be returning. I checked my credit card statement from the last time I was here and I was charged $395.64 for botox, so he clearly used way too much! Do not waste your money here! What a rip-off!"

"I went to many centers and clinics for Botox and the Botox never worked and I felt like they cheated on me. I was reading on my phone and found an advertisement that my primary doctor had a Botox center so I was encouraged to go to him for Botox because he is a good doctor who takes care of me and my mother, so I went to the center and they were very well received. My face is great, no wrinkles on my face, I advise everyone to go to this medspa, you will get the best results and they have other things I want to try and I am very happy with the result I saw on my face and i will come again to do botox .
