"Made an appointment today for an upcoming cruise. My appointment was at one time and my daughter was 15 minutes prior. We arrived SEVEN minutes late, we were told their policy is 6 minutes, however the contract we signed says 10 minutes. The lady at the front desk said “yea that’s our policy at this location.” Then WHY was that not stated!? So I have my daughter my appointment and told them they lost me as a customer. Customer service and customer retention is horrible!"
