"We bought furniture from this store and our sales person Mani was awesome. He knows everything about the store and was able to help bring our home to life. If Mani says he is going to make it happen, it happens. Thank you Mani for being a great representation of Rooms To Go. If we ever need new furniture, he will be our guy!"

"Delivery people didn’t install the slats on my sons bed even though I paid extra for delivery and setup. They said the slats weren’t needed because I bought a bunkie board. However the bed frame was wider than the bunkie board and the bed fell through when my son climbed on the bed. I called customer service and they said an argument could be made that the slats weren’t needed with a bunkie board. Offered me a future purchase credit if $60 which I didn’t want. So then he said he could give me a $45 refund for half of the delivery/setup fee. Which I accepted but he didn’t want pictures and they had no desire to make improvements to educate their setup team and I’m concerned that a smaller child could have been hurt badly. Luckily my son is 12 and wasn’t injured. My husband installed the slats the delivery people left behind."

"I purchased a Sectional furniture from them and since i am single and have a recliner to use so the sectional barely used and it only last 6 years. i went on a trip and when i got back from my 3 weeks trip i saw what you are seeing in these photos .. it started peeling off the faux leather while the furniture looks pretty new due to not being used much. imagine if it was being used on daily basis it would never last the first year. i am so upset about it.. don't waste your money here. i also have a bed and dresser and the mattress being purchased from them and the 6 drawers are not fit the dresser and I just did not want to bother myself to go after it.. the mattress suppose to last long time but it started getting out of firmness and my back hurts since it lost its firmness this is bad really bad. update: i emailed them and after days of back and forth they said their item has 1 year warranty and they cant offer anything to me.. hahahaha"

"Had a terrible experience with the team here. Displayed item was different from what I got and they were unwilling to help. Came in and I was charged delivery fees without my knowledge. Will be giving the team another chance to see if they keep their word about it dropping off and it's the only way they were able to place the order for the exchange. On the other hand, glad I was able to escalate this and get it resolved. Shoutout to Zoe from the Social media team for helping me resolve the issue"
