"I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I met 3 people at the distribution center and they were all the nicest people. The older gentleman at the front gate, the woman in the office, and the man who brought the sofa bed to my truck. Each of them were genuinely sweet and helpful people. I got there 10am on a Thursday and was out before 10:30."
