"I had been going to one person for quite some time and then she moved a little too far out and I needed to find a new lash artist. I happened to see an ad for VIP and gave them a try. Granted, I had a few issues at first, but they always made it right with me. That is how you know a business truly cares about their clients. We now have a "formula" for what works best for me and my lashes. Sara has been wonderful and I look forward to being her client for the long term. The salon is immaculate, soothing, and inviting. Treat yourself and give VIP a try. You won't be disappointed."

"Customer service is exceptional. During my first visit, I arrived late but called to let them know. The lady at the front desk assured me that they could still complete my lash service within the remaining 30 minutes she had. She performed exceptionally well, and my lashes looked absolutely stunning. The only reason I'm rating this experience with 3 stars is because I've returned for two more appointments after the initial visit, and unfortunately, my lashes have only lasted a week each time."
"Beautiful studio and Viviana did such an amazing job with my daughters eyelash extensions. With this being her first time and me having no experience with this to comfort my daughter Viviana was able to provide that for her. My daughter said she felt comfortable and at ease with her and most importantly gave her the extra confidence she was hoping for. She exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. Worth the price!"
