"I bought my mother a PCA peel Groupon because she was looking for a new aesthetician. Neda would not return my mother’s calls or voicemails for two weeks. I finally booked something for my mother on Neda’s website, which says the PCA peel is a 45-minute appointment. At the beginning of her appointment, my mother asked Neda if she needed to wash her face or take off her make up. Neda said no and put some liquid on my mother’s face, then rushed her out the door. The whole thing lasted about five minutes. Neda also requires a MANDATORY tip of $25. (My mother tipped $40 despite this.) My mother, who has done PCA peels before, NEVER even peeled. This place is a rip off."
