"What an amazing experience. I’ll be honest I was nervous about coming today and shared this with Neda during my facial today as I had read some not so great reviews about her and her services. I am SO glad I made the decision to come and see her and make a decision on her based on my own experience. She is amazing, kind and a miracle worker. "I bought my mother a PCA peel Groupon because she was looking for a new aesthetician. Neda would not return my mother’s calls or voicemails for two weeks. I finally booked something for my mother on Neda’s website, which says the PCA peel is a 45-minute appointment. At the beginning of her appointment, my mother asked Neda if she needed to wash her face or take off her make up. Neda said no and put some liquid on my mother’s face, then rushed her out the door. The whole thing lasted about five minutes. Neda also requires a MANDATORY tip of $25. (My mother tipped $40 despite this.) My mother, who has done PCA peels before, NEVER even peeled. This place is a rip off."
