"Came to the Southlake location to pay a past bill, seems they’re closed indefinitely and no one at BSW knows where their new location is (supposedly somewhere in grapevine). Can’t find any information about this online. As a patient, would have appreciated communication about re-org or closure."

"I have been trying to get in contact with someone at this office for over 2 months. My daughter has a skin condition and has a prescription for it. I was notified by the pharmacy they recommended, SandsRX, that they could no longer fill the prescription. I have been tried numerous times over the past few months to contact them. I have messaged in the portal and left voicemails and no one is responding to me. When you call no one answers. It just keeps ringing. Thanks for leaving us high and dry. I don't know what kind of medical facility just stops responding to their patients. Now I have to start the process all over with a different dermatologist to get my daughter what she needs. Do better."

"I have been coming to this office for almost 2 years and I have always had a great experience no complaints. Recently I have been trying to contact the office to refill my medication the phone will ring give me the options and I select the option takes me to voicemail and it says that I can’t leave a message!? How am I supposed to get in touch with y’all!?"

"My experience at the office visit was good. I had a spot on my leg removed for biopsy, after a week and I hadn’t been called for results of the biopsy, I called the office during business hours and asked for a called back, since then I have called 3 more times, one time a week, and I have still not received a call back. I just want to know if I have cancer or not. I would never recommend Prism."

"First visit went very well. First impression as I walked in was not the best. Young woman behind the desk appeared miserable, very mechanical, not a good first face for greeting patients. The waiting area is clean and beautiful but clearly focused on cosmetic skin concerns, not much to indicate that medical issues get equal focus. The nurse Daria was a joyful lovely young woman, eased my concerns immediately. Dr. Bosley is a gentle soft-spoken man, humble kind and one who seems to genuinely hear your concerns."
