"Found Denise on Groupon, she upcharged me an additional 145.00, insisting she charge for long hair when I actually had medium length hair. I went back (still kicking myself for that!) She charged me 265.00 and I still didn't walk out looking like I asked her to do to my hair. She used some brass out service and Charged me for an in between service of which she no showed me when I DID show up but she left!!. Still haven't gotten reimbursed. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL RIP OFF EXPERIENCE!"

"Her daughter butchered my hair. It's probably top 3 worst haircuts I've ever received. Kept cutting and cutting even though I wanted the length. It's choppy and nowhere near what I wanted.Do not talk and talk to the customer so you can distract them from the disaster you're performing. Tip to people getting any haircut...do not let them jump to curling directly after. This is how they hide a bad haircut. I wish I had a time machine. Stay away. You've been warned"

"Unfortunately, I felt scammed by Denise for misleading me into believing her that my hair would look really shiny and straight for at least 12 weeks after the Brazilian Blowout treatment! I didn't wash my hair for 72 hours, then used keratin shampoo conditioner to wash them on the 4th day. Let them dry and the whole treatment was gone after a SINGLE wash.!! I got in touch with her and sent her a couple of photos/videos and let her know that the treatment didn't work at all. I politely let her know that, I will be travelling internationally and she literally ruined my hair and asked for the partial refund. She just kept asking me to schedule another appointment so that she can touch my hair. Never let me know why she wouldn't get on a video call immediately. I guess I learned my lesson! Keep away as much as you can from this place. Just see the pics and be the judge yourself. 1st photo is on the day of the treatment. Last 2 are day 4 images after the hair wash."

"Loved my haircut! It falls perfectly around my face. Denise was really knowledgeable. I explained what I wanted and she took it from there. Best haircut I've had in this area!"

"Really, REALLY bad. She spent the majority of our appointment complaining about her ungrateful daughter who used to work with her, her unprofessional co-workers that rented space with her, the schools that wouldn't hire her to teach dispute her decades of experience, the customers that use coupons, and the entire industry as a whole that simply doesn't appreciate how much more amazing/experienced/professional she is than other stylists. She kept saying that she didn't think my hair would lift well, despite me coming in with already blonde hair, and me telling her my hair lifts quickly. She talked so much that she left my bleach on too long, and when I mentioned how inconsistent the color looked while wet, she said it was probably because my hair was "coated in product" (I literally only use leave-in conditioner). Though she told me during my consultation that she was experienced with curly hair, she didn't have a single styling product for curly hair, so I ended up leaving with my hair wet and unstyled. That's why I didn't notice just how bad my highlights looked and how much she'd over-processed my hair.
