"I found this place and spoke to the owner. I wanted someone to put my dreads in for me. I sent her videos and pics of how I usually have them done. She stated she could do it so I made an appointment with her. I arrived 10 minutes early and she called to let me know she was running 15 minutes behind. She arrived 20 minutes after my appointment time, so I waited 30 minutes total. Whatever. Anyway, I explained to her how I wanted my dreads done and she was very quick to dismiss me and stated she knew what she was doing. As soon as she started she was on the phone chatting. Not once did she even check with me if she was going the right direction of what I was looking for. After about 2 hours she finally showed me what was done. The braids appeared tight which left me with no movement at all. She did completely the opposite of what I had requested for. I wanted more of a Mohawk volume with dreads placed scattered around. Instead she placed all the dreads around my head like Larry’s hair on the three stooges. I went home with a flat top and volumed sides. She had another person waiting for her for a good 30 minutes so I just paid her and left. NEVER again. She was rude being late, dismissed my request and chatted on the phone the entire time. I’m sure there are better places out there that will serve you better and pay more attention to you. I’ve never been so upset with a place and I’m usually an easy going laid back person."
