"I have to say that this is the first time, out of all my reviews I've done, that I've wanted to right a review so quickly. I just got done talking with Sam, and I couldn't have been happier. Sam was so helpful (and patient) when it came to the questions that I had regarding my Nintendo 64. They have a great selection of Nintendo 64 games, as well as, other console games. I have to say that I'll be buying all my games (and even another console) from them from now on. Thank you Sam! One more note that I forgot to mention: I've worked in or around the customer service industry for 20 yrs, as well as, having my share of customer service experiences. Ive noticed that customer service isn't what it's used to be. The major issues in service, now a days, is the lack of performance and/or attitude. Sam does his job perfectly. He listens, understands, and he then gives his option while the entire time showing a friendly smile. It's not always easy working with customers, but listening and treating others with kindness goes a long way"
