"Great service, even when I needed help with a hoist I purchased online. I ordered a hoist with the wrong I-beam width. The company I ordered it from told me there was no way to ship it back and have it re-set up for a smaller width, even at my expense. They told me I needed to buy another hoist from them. The manufacturer recommended I call Delta. Larry Oster called me right back and told me they could ship it to the manufacturer for me and I could have it back in 3 weeks. I should have done business with Delta in the fist place. I won't make that mistake again."

"No matter how many times a snake sheds it's skin its still a snake. Workers were good people at Hurst location. Mangers on the other hand were not, Let items sit around for weeks and when it came down to it instead of being a man and taking the rightful blame, they pasted it on me and i lost my job."
