"We bought new Luxury Vinyl Flooring with a 25 years warranty for basically my entire house, in every room except laundry and bathroom less then two years ago. Flooring was fine at first, it is pretty thin so we watched our contactor struggle to not break the tabs when installing it. We have new beams, new osb, new vapor barrier, and complete leveled all areas before my contractor installed it. Now the edge and the tabs where they connect have randomly started crumbling cause our floors to look somewhat buckled showing raised edges. Silly me thought a 25 year warranty meant my flooring would be covered. Instead upon reaching out we are told it isn't their flooring that is the issue, it is the install and unless I have a complete unopened box I can send in to for testing there is nothing they will do about it. I picked this flooring for the warranty, waterproofing, easy to install thinking we would covered and would not need to worry about our flooring for a long time. Unfortunately it goes to show LL Flooring is a another crooked company trying to scam the little guy selling them false promises and the cheapest material for an expensive price. Please take your business elsewhere or you will be stuck replacing your floors less then 2 years later."
