"I was in the area and found this salon. I had an urge to get my haircut and went in with two photos. One was of a prior cut that I have had and the other was a stock photo of what I wanted. The older lady who is working at this time gave a sour look when I showed her the photos. She shrugged and indicated well. I guess I can try. I asked her if she had cut a bob before and she replied with how many years she had been cutting hair , but then followed up with she didn't like cutting them. At least she was honest and I didn't get my hair all mutilated. I'm giving this place a two star review, mainly for the honesty but, that's really not the attitude to have when you're in this kind of business. You either know how to cut all types of hair and all different types of cuts or why bother really"

"The lady who washed my hair was very rough. It was not a pleasant experience. And my layers is my hair were blunt and choppy when i asked they be smooth and blended. But she was nice."
"Can you go any lower than a 1? I left there looking like my hair had been chopped with hedge clippers! My hair is totally ruined. I am going to have to cut it all short and start all over again! It is not reparable! I had been to this salon many times and had always got a decent cut. Never again will I trust these people to touch me!"
