I should have known something was wrong because when I asked to see it, she didn't twist it up or she tried and it didn't work and sold it to me anyway. I will continue to give my business to Harlingen. I wasn't offered the free gift either after purchasing 2 items. Harlingen gives you one everytime you purchase 2 or more items. I won't be going back."

"Horrible customer service. When I went to store it was closed even though message said store closed at 7 pm. I called number on window shop and a gentleman returned my call and told me to go to the McAllen mall location. Denise was very nice and I bought over 200 worth of product. When I tried to return and exchange an item she wasn’t very nice. She was actually quite rude. I am very happy with the Merle Norman product I will just not purchase from Weslaco or McAllen location again."
