"I bought a small tractor from Kubota, it had a leak in the hydraulics. I had them pick it up to repair after they said my warranty was still good. After they repaired it, which was never approved by me, they made me pay. This is terrible service policy."
"Just rented a skid steer within the last day from kubota in Decatur. I was not impressed. The rental department needs to work on customer service. The lady working rental that day, was not friendly and very rude. In the past, the rental department was the best, always friendly and went above and beyond.
