"We needed a $204 part on a Wednesday. We were an hour away and couldn't get there by 5:30. We called a friend that could get there by 5:15. The store said they were closing at 5:00 that day and would not wait the 15 minutes. It was about 105 degrees outside and we couldn't wait a day to get the electricity back on since we have animals and couldn't leave them to go to a hotel. We ended up having to go to home depot and buy a whole new box and breakers. We had to spend another couple of hundred dollars. Where's good customer service when you need it!?"
